The town Redevelopment Board, at its second round of Town Meeting article hearings, discussed with proponents and residents five citizen articles, or those brought by 10 registered voters.

Addressed were proposals for shaded parking lots, traffic visibility, adding 5-7 Winter St. to the MBTA neighborhood district, rear-yard setbacks in business districts and residential uses. The latter proposes allowing two- and three-family dwellings in districts now zoned for single- and two-families.

The proposed articles on shade trees and residential uses drew the most discussion.
