The town Redevelopment Board, at its last round of Town Meeting hearings, voted to recommend action on nine aricles, and one no action. Seven votes were unanimous.

Addressed were proposals for shaded parking lots, traffic visibility, adding 5-7 Winter St. to the MBTA neighborhood district, rear-yard setbacks in business districts and residential uses. The latter had proposed allowing two- and three-family dwellings in districts now zoned for single- and two-families, but its proponents withdrew it, and the board voted no action, 5-0.

The board voted, 3-2, to support Article 30 (shaded lots) and 32 (traffic visibility). A 4-1 vote backed Article 31 (Winter Street).
